Job Summary

Supporting Mid to Enterprise clients, the remote Technical Sales Engineer will evaluate business and product requirements, generate functional specifications, and act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams while driving new features from high-level requirements through operational delivery.

Key responsibilities:
  • Preparing and developing technical presentations/demos, and setting up trials or POCs to explain products or services to customers
  • Collaborating with customer and sales teams to understand requirements and provide sales support
  • Researching and modifying products to meet customers' technical needs while training sales team members on technical aspects of the products
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in IT software, with knowledge of databases, CRM, and programming languages
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot CRM platforms
  • Good understanding of APIs and Postman for testing and integration
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in business processes
