Job Summary
Partnering closely with the Sales organization, the full-time remote Technical Sales Engineer will evaluate customer needs, deliver technical expertise, and lead product demonstrations to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and technical requirements throughout the sales cycle
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and develop proof-of-concept environments aligned with customer use cases
- Create and maintain technical sales materials while providing training and insights to Sales teams on product capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or related customer-facing technical role
- Experience with SaaS, hosting, cloud, web services, or technology solutions
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
