Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives in a remote full-time capacity, the Technical Sales Operations Program Manager will own the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact commercial and Sales Operations programs, partnering with multiple departments to ensure successful delivery and alignment with executive objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Translate executive goals into program charters and manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects
- Lead cross-functional program teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication across departments
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to define program KPIs and track organizational goals and metrics
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Program/Project Management, or Strategy in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs from concept through execution
- Strong program management skills, including charters, roadmaps, and governance routines
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear narratives
- Experience working with data and financials relevant to sales performance and operations
