Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruitment tools to source and pre-qualify candidates for priority positions
- Screen resumes and conduct HR phone interviews
- Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate information
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience recruiting technology and sales professionals, preferably in the SaaS sector
- Proven track record in candidate selection best practices
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting passive talent
- Knowledge of ATS and web-based recruiting tools
- Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches
