Required Qualifications

• Education in building science, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in the construction or building products industry
• Experience in the wood composites industry is desirable
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop strong customer relationships
• Experience in delivering technical training and product knowledge
