Technical SAP Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical SAP Manager to oversee the support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Finance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 1st line support for SAP Finance applications, ensuring quick issue resolution and minimal downtime
- Monitor and optimize SAP system performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing proactive measures
- Lead a small team of SAP Finance support analysts, ensuring adherence to SLAs and ITIL best practices
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Understanding of SAP ABAP debugging and enhancements, including BAPIs and BADIs
- Experience with SAP integrations, including IDocs and third-party financial system integrations
- Ability to analyze SAP performance tuning metrics and implement improvements
- Experience with data migration tools such as LSMW and BODS
