Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Scrum Master & Program Manager to support delivery for a large-scale enterprise platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and triage inbound work in JIRA and lead stand-ups to remove blockers
• Maintain scalable JIRA structures, implement automation, and ensure complete delivery scope
• Provide visibility into delivery timelines and maintain clear reporting of features and milestones

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in Scrum Master, agile delivery, or program management roles
• Experience supporting technical software teams
• Strong JIRA expertise including workflows, automation, and reporting
• Ability to translate prioritization discussions into execution plans
• Strong analytical and process optimization mindset
