Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Scrum Master who combines Agile/Scrum practices with a solid technical foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering complex technical solutions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage team dynamics to improve performance
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and track Agile metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master in technical teams
- Strong hands-on experience with software development teams (web, cloud, APIs, microservices)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams
