Job Summary

Technical Scrum Master, responsible for facilitating a specialized team in the acquisition and modeling of external clinical data, ensuring timely delivery of complex dependencies, and managing agile processes in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical working sessions focused on FHIR structure design and CDA-to-FHIR mapping strategies
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of the data modeling framework while managing backlog dependencies
• Maintain a high-integrity backlog in JIRA and provide robust progress reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical literacy in FHIR resources, JSON structures, and data normalization concepts
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience with expertise in JIRA
• Proven track record of moving projects from abstract design to technical delivery
• Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks in data-heavy environments
