Technical Scrum Master

Job Summary

Experienced Technical Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery across business technology and engineering teams in a full-time remote position, focusing on Scrum practices, technical discussions, and removing delivery blockers to ensure reliable business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles and delivery discipline
• Participate in technical discussions, assess technical risks, and ensure backlog readiness
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, coordinating cross-team dependencies and ensuring release readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business systems, engineering, or related fields
• Certified Scrum Master certification required; CSM preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on software delivery teams
• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience in a mainstream programming language
• Strong experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
