Technical Scrum Master

Experienced in the US healthcare domain, the full-time remote Technical Scrum Master will manage Agile delivery for technical data and AI teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, maintaining a prioritized backlog, and driving team productivity and delivery predictability.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, and other Agile ceremonies for technical teams
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies
- Identify and resolve impediments affecting team productivity and track sprint and delivery risks
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, particularly with technical engineering teams
- 4+ years of experience in the US healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of AWS and cloud-based technology environments
- Experience with data engineering and machine learning data pipelines
- Proficient in using Jira or equivalent Agile delivery platforms
