Technical Security Manager

Job Summary

To support a robust Information Security program, the full-time Technical Security Manager will maintain compliance with various security standards, facilitate independent audits, and manage security improvement projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the security program to ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, GovRAMP, and NIST
• Facilitate annual independent audits and coordinate with stakeholders to remediate audit findings
• Plan and manage multiple security improvement projects from requirements through implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the information security field
• Extensive knowledge of security and privacy frameworks, standards, and industry best practices
• Information Security Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or AWS Security
• Experience with GRC tools and conducting risk assessments
