Technical SEO Manager

Job Summary

Focused on driving business outcomes through AEO and Technical SEO, the full-time remote Technical SEO Manager will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of AI Engine Optimization and Technical SEO health while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance global performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AEO strategy, defining visibility in AI-powered search experiences and building frameworks for prioritized queries and intents
• Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and prioritize issues impacting site performance and collaborate with engineering teams to future-proof the tech stack
• Design and maintain performance analytics frameworks, defining KPIs and building dashboards to connect SEO and AEO performance to business value

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of SEO experience, including 3+ years focused on technical SEO for large, complex sites
• 1+ years of proven experience optimizing for AEO, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience with technical SEO fundamentals and AEO/SEO tools
• Proficiency in SQL and/or BI tools to analyze and integrate SEO data with product and revenue datasets
