Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Service Agent to support customers with home charging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for customer challenges related to home charging equipment
  • Manage cases within Salesforce, documenting interactions and coordinating with logistics for parts ordering
  • Provide training and technical guidance to team members and service partners, contributing to process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an electrician or with electrical components; EV charging equipment experience is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce
  • Associate/Trade degree in a related field or four years of equivalent electrical experience
  • Valid driver's license
