Job Summary

To tackle complex technical challenges, the full-time remote Hotfix (Technical Service) Developer will investigate and resolve urgent production issues, write and execute SQL queries, and perform root-cause analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve urgent production issues raised by various teams
• Write and execute SQL queries for data corrections and reporting fixes
• Perform root-cause analysis on transactional data and system behaviors

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software development or technical support engineering
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and manipulation
• Proficiency in PHP and familiarity with the Symfony framework
• Experience with Git workflows and deployment pipelines
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines
