Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Service Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, ensuring optimal performance of their product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform equipment installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on customer sites, including troubleshooting technical issues
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on product operation and best practices
  • Manage spare parts inventory and improve data quality for installation and service reports
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service engineering within the medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of medical device systems, including hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
