Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Service Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, ensuring optimal performance of their product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on customer sites, including troubleshooting technical issues
- Provide training and guidance to customers on product operation and best practices
- Manage spare parts inventory and improve data quality for installation and service reports
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service engineering within the medical device industry
- Strong knowledge of medical device systems, including hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent manual dexterity and hands-on technical skills
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Proven ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure
