Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and upgrading equipment following detailed instructions and work orders
• Performing scheduled maintenance on customer installations to ensure reliable equipment performance
• Maintaining accurate service records and supporting senior sales staff in customer processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent field experience in paper/chemical industries
• Knowledge or experience in the chemical industry is a plus
• Testing and analytical ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain customer relationships
