Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Service Representative I to provide technical support for products.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and process cases using various communication methods
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to provide repair support and determine warranty eligibility
- Record case details in CRM and communicate unresolved incidents to higher-level representatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school graduate or GED
- 2-3 years of engine or mechanical experience
- Experience with electronic parts lookup systems and technical information environments
- Must complete required certifications within specified timeframes
- Customer service and product training within 3 months
