Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical inquiries from customers and process cases using various communication methods
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to provide repair support and determine warranty eligibility
  • Record case details in CRM and communicate unresolved incidents to higher-level representatives
Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of engine or mechanical experience
  • Experience with electronic parts lookup systems and technical information environments
  • Must complete required certifications within specified timeframes
  • Customer service and product training within 3 months
