Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound phone calls from dealers and Field Service Technicians, providing troubleshooting and product information
  • Troubleshoot electrical components and guide customers on spa repairs and accessory installations
  • Address emails in the technical queue and provide support for SmartTub issues


Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Electronics/Internet of Things (IoT)
  • Trade Schooling or Tech School experience, preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum of two years in a product-based customer support role, ideally in the spa, pool, plumbing, or electrical industries
  • Working knowledge of mechanical components and electrical troubleshooting in the pool and/or spa industry
  • Proficient in Windows-based computer applications
