Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound phone calls from dealers and Field Service Technicians, providing troubleshooting and product information
- Troubleshoot electrical components and guide customers on spa repairs and accessory installations
- Address emails in the technical queue and provide support for SmartTub issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Electronics/Internet of Things (IoT)
- Trade Schooling or Tech School experience, preferably in Engineering
- Minimum of two years in a product-based customer support role, ideally in the spa, pool, plumbing, or electrical industries
- Working knowledge of mechanical components and electrical troubleshooting in the pool and/or spa industry
- Proficient in Windows-based computer applications
