Job Summary
Acting as the initial point of contact for Synergy Technical Support requests, the full-time Technical Service Representative will provide technical information about products, manage customer service requests, and troubleshoot issues remotely while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer and service records while managing the clean hand-off of service requests to appropriate teams
- Deliver world-class phone support to sales representatives and medical facility employees, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
- Intake and route product-related issues through the ticketing system, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; AA, AS, or higher in a technical field preferred
- Experience with business applications such as databases, data entry, or ERP systems is required
- Experience working directly with customers and sales representatives in a customer service capacity required
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/SMS systems preferred
- Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or defense preferred
