Job Summary
Providing expert technical support remotely, the full-time Ink Customer Technical Service Representative II will identify continuous improvement needs, coordinate technical activities, and deliver press-side troubleshooting and color matching services for clients in Kentucky, Ohio, and Michigan.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company, coordinating with various teams to deliver effective technical support
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and performance
- Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training and development programs for InPlant personnel
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 5-10 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP
- Comprehensive knowledge of pressroom operations and printing processes
- Experience developing and managing project plans using Gantt charts
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
