Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze data from cardiac implantable electronic devices
Provide timely results and technical information to facilities and callers
Document customer contacts and complaints for tracking and reporting purposes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or an advanced degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with cardiac implantable electrical devices preferred
Call center or customer service experience is beneficial
Knowledge of FDA/GMP/MDR device regulations is a plus
