Job Summary
Supporting internal and external customers, the full-time Technical Service Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain communication with clients, and participate in new product development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on various product equipment
- Maintain professional relationships with customers through continuous communication
- Participate as a service representative in New Product Development teams and review engineering change notices
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with three or more years of relevant experience
- Experience in a contact center or hands-on equipment repair work
- Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- Proficient problem-solving capabilities
- Skilled in verbal and written communication
