Job Summary

Supporting internal and external customers, the full-time Technical Service Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain communication with clients, and participate in new product development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on various product equipment
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers through continuous communication
  • Participate as a service representative in New Product Development teams and review engineering change notices
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with three or more years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a contact center or hands-on equipment repair work
  • Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
  • Proficient problem-solving capabilities
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication
