Job Summary

Driving requirements definition and solution design, the full-time Senior Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst will facilitate client workshops, convert mission objectives into user stories, and ensure compliance with federal standards while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate client-facing workshops to analyze and document business requirements aligned with agency objectives
  • Convert mission-level needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications within an Agile/Scrum model
  • Conduct gap assessments of legacy workflows against ServiceNow capabilities to inform build vs. configure decisions
Required qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent field
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform
  • Demonstrable background supporting federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) REQUIRED
