Technical Services Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Technical Services Analyst, the candidate will manage the end-to-end delivery of technical integrations, primarily connecting Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and third-party systems to the platform, while collaborating with customers and internal teams to design and execute effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical integrations from requirements gathering through to go-live
• Translate customer operational requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on technical integrations across various departments, supporting pre-sales assessments and ongoing customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role involving system integrations, implementations, or project delivery, preferably in SaaS or public safety
• Solid working knowledge of the fire and emergency services/public safety industry
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working with APIs and webhooks, and familiarity with data flows between integrated systems
• Self-directed with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects
