Technical Services Consultant

Job Summary

To support client implementation projects across North America, the full-time salaried Technical Services Consultant will provide consulting services throughout the implementation lifecycle, translating business requirements into flat file integration requirements while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Manage external stakeholders, including clients and third-party vendors, to achieve implementation deliverables
• Analyze export files, investigate issues, and determine appropriate resolution paths for successful go-live outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management consulting
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based software environments, including HRIS systems
• Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and working sessions
