Technical Services Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time Technical Services Consultant, the successful candidate will design and deploy advanced solutions for customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor to enhance productivity through integrations, migrations, and intelligent workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify integration requirements and design structured solution architectures
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex integrations and data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and performance
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Implementation, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and complex SaaS implementation projects
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, SQL, and data transformation scripting languages
• Demonstrated experience leading data migration projects, including ETL design and field mapping
