Technical Services Consultant

Job Summary

Managing multiple flat file integrations, the full-time Services Technical Consultant will provide consulting services to clients during HCM implementation projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful data transmission and a positive go-live experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting services and translate client requirements into flat file specifications
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver export files throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Analyze export files, identify project risks, and determine appropriate actions to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices
