Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer II to assist customers in implementing software solutions and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct system demonstrations and assist customers with pre-go-live system reviews
Develop and maintain expertise in configuring software solutions and ensure project deliverables are met
Collaborate with development teams and mentor junior team members to support skill development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an associate's degree/certification with equivalent work experience
2-4 years of relevant experience in a technical role
Experience in integrating third-party software and working with APIs and web services
Advanced experience in scripting/coding, including API, SQL, JSON, HTML, and XML
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and knowledge of MS SQL Server or PostgresSQL
