Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer II to assist customers in implementing software solutions and interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing software solutions and conducting system rollouts
- Configure systems, conduct testing, and document business processes
- Collaborate with development teams to define strategies and ensure successful delivery of services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or associate's degree/certification with equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in integrating third-party software, including APIs and middleware tools
- Advanced experience in scripting/coding, including API, SQL, JSON, HTML, and XML
- Technical proficiency in operating systems (Windows & Linux) and RDBMS, including MS SQL
