Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer II to assist customers in implementing software solutions and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct system demonstrations and assist customers with pre-go-live system reviews
Develop and maintain expertise in configuring software solutions and ensure consistent follow-through on project tasks
Collaborate with diverse teams and mentor junior team members while addressing and mitigating recurring issues in implementations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an associate's degree/certification with equivalent work experience
2-4 years of relevant experience
Experience in integrating third-party software, including working with APIs and web services
Advanced experience in scripting/coding, including API, SQL, JSON, HTML, and XML
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and working knowledge of MS SQL Server or PostgresSQL
