Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and architecture
Collaborate with product, engineering, and database teams to resolve technical issues
Provide Tier II/III support for complex enterprise systems

Qualifications

Education: BS in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (Master's preferred)
Experience: 5+ years in technical services or related roles
Technical Skills: ASP.Net, MVC, C#.Net, HTML, JQuery, Web Services, Web APIs, SQL Server (2008/2012)
Proven ability to deliver under deadlines and achieve high customer satisfaction
Understanding of HIPAA regulations preferred
