Job Summary

Providing expert support and troubleshooting for healthcare IT systems, the full-time remote Technical Services Engineer will manage customer communication, coordinate projects, and resolve escalated technical issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Coordinate client project implementations from kick-off through completion, maintaining service quality
  • Participate in a rotating schedule to monitor and triage incoming support tickets
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in healthcare or clinical environments
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, with hands-on experience in server hardware platforms
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex applications and software products
