Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Help Desk Representative I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key product lines and serve as the first escalation point for complex issues
  • Answer and log inbound technical support contacts, providing resolutions and maintaining effective call ownership
  • Educate and train customers on technical products and contribute to knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience, preferably in a software or diagnostics environment
  • Familiarity with customer domain networks, diagnostics equipment, and data software tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a significant asset
