Required Qualifications

• MS with 3+ years of experience or Ph.D. in relevant fields such as Biology or Bioinformatics
• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in clinical laboratory settings with knowledge of clinical reporting
• Strong operational improvement and data-driven decision-making skills
• Personal initiative and ability to lead a team effectively
