Technical Services Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Project Management 3 for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain performance dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project health
• Analyze large data sets to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities, delivering actionable insights
• Define, monitor, and report on success metrics to measure the impact of initiatives and operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience building and maintaining KPI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into strategic insights
• Experience developing playbooks, templates, or similar knowledge-management assets is preferred
• Familiarity with operational maturity frameworks and risk-analysis methodologies is a plus
