Technical Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Representative to provide technical support and assistance in the security industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support for inbound requests and create work orders as needed
• Resolve support and research requests within 24 hours and monitor submissions through Microsoft Dynamics
• Assist in maintaining department resources and document support activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year of Help Desk experience preferred
• Experience with low-voltage security and surveillance hardware preferred
• Basic networking and hardware knowledge preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and familiarity with Microsoft and Unix/Linux operating systems is a plus
