Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Services & Sustainability Operation (TSSO) Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth within existing client accounts and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of TSSO opportunities while leading pricing strategy and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored TSSO solutions and maintain accurate sales information in CRM
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent required
- 5 years of experience in TSSO or related fields (Engineering, Smart Building, Sustainability)
- 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solutions selling
- Strong working knowledge of TSSO services and familiarity with corporate real estate needs
- Proven track record of driving and closing complex sales opportunities
