Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data from Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices
• Provide results and technical information to facilities and callers
• Document customer contacts and complaints for tracking and FDA reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree
• Experience with cardiac device diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Call center or customer service experience
• Knowledge of FDA/GMP/MDR device regulations
