Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming service requests and manage incidents from creation to resolution
- Provide technical support and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor service outages and work to restore services while identifying root causes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in a customer service or support desk environment
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware
- 2 years of progressive post-high school education leading to a degree is preferred
- Technical training experience is preferred
- Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft SQL Server is preferred
