Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming service requests and manage incidents from creation to resolution
  • Provide technical support and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor service outages and work to restore services while identifying root causes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in a customer service or support desk environment
  • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware
  • 2 years of progressive post-high school education leading to a degree is preferred
  • Technical training experience is preferred
  • Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft SQL Server is preferred
