Job Summary

Working in a shift position within a 24/7 support center, the full-time Technical Services Specialist will provide technical services, support, and training to internal and external customers while ensuring efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage incoming service requests through phone and incident tracking systems, adhering to team SLAs
  • Restore services quickly during application and business service outages, identifying root causes through troubleshooting
  • Document all incident management actions and interactions, ensuring a professional and helpful approach to customer service
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support desk environment
  • Experience troubleshooting software and hardware, preferably with multiple software programs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends as necessary
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office applications, such as Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with trouble ticket software is preferred
