Job Summary

Technical Services Team Lead, responsible for guiding a team in delivering exceptional end-to-end services in a full-time, fully remote position, while optimizing workflows and ensuring high-quality technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a technical team to deliver high-quality services and optimize workflows
  • Facilitate agile practices and resolve complex service-related issues while aligning team workloads with business priorities
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers and other squads to enhance service stability and meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading technical teams through incident, problem, and change management
  • 5 years of technical resolution and support experience
  • Industry-recognized certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., Public/Private Cloud, Mainframe)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and customer stakeholders
