Technical Setup Specialist
Job Summary
As a key member of the Implementation Team, the full-time Technical Setup Specialist will manage the technical setup process for new customers, facilitating Kickoff calls and ensuring accurate integration and configuration while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase for new customers
- Facilitate customer Kickoff calls and manage follow-ups to ensure setup progress
- Connect DMS and Scheduler tool integrations while troubleshooting initial scheduling errors
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or IT support, preferably in a SaaS or automotive tech environment
- Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive CRM platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple setup projects simultaneously
- Experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus
