Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Software Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to helpdesk queries and resolve software/technical issues
  • Remotely troubleshoot, diagnose and escalate complex matters when required
  • Log all support activities accurately in CRM and support installs, upgrades, and maintenance
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across software, application layer, networks, infrastructure, and Windows/Linux environments
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Azure, Citrix, and VMware/virtual environments
  • Understanding of ITIL and best practices for IT support
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand
