Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Software Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to helpdesk queries and resolve software/technical issues
- Remotely troubleshoot, diagnose and escalate complex matters when required
- Log all support activities accurately in CRM and support installs, upgrades, and maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across software, application layer, networks, infrastructure, and Windows/Linux environments
- Experience with Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Azure, Citrix, and VMware/virtual environments
- Understanding of ITIL and best practices for IT support
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
