Technical Solution Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solution Analyst who will serve as a key technical connection point between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, managing expectations and providing timely solutions to complex issues
• Lead and manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery
• Implement client custom and internal baseline development projects primarily via SQL queries or PL/SQL coding

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a customer success, software development, dev-ops, technical analyst or related client-facing role
• Experience with SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
• Familiarity with Ellucian Banner
• Self-motivated and independent problem solver, comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
