Job Summary

Technical Solution Architect, seeking a full-time, remote professional to design and implement healthcare technology solutions, support pre-sales activities, and communicate technical concepts to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical solutions into clear, outcome-focused narratives for clients
• Lead client discovery sessions and co-create solution approaches
• Create high-level architectural blueprints and ensure smooth transition from design to delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare technology, architecture, and solutioning
• Knowledge of healthcare payer and provider systems, interoperability standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in designing high-level healthcare payer solutions using COTS products and custom solutions
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting roles with direct customer interaction
