Technical Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solution Engineer to support Mid to Enterprise clients by evaluating business and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop technical presentations, demos, and trials to explain products or services to customers
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to understand requirements and provide sales support
• Research and modify products to meet technical requirements and assist customers with installed products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
• 5 years of experience in IT software, with knowledge of databases, CRM, and programming languages
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot CRM platforms
• Good understanding of APIs and Postman for testing and integration
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in business processes
