Technical Solution Lead
Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical leader for client implementations, the full-time remote Technical Solution Lead will manage the day-to-day technical solutioning efforts for enterprise SaaS projects, collaborating closely with clients to translate business objectives into implementation-ready solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate technical discovery and solution design sessions with client stakeholders
- Decompose business requirements into user stories and define API integrations and data mappings
- Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify functional and technical requirements while ensuring solution readiness throughout delivery
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, or technical business analysis
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms and directly with software engineering teams
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Bachelor's degree
