Technical Solution Lead
Job Summary
Dedicated to one client at a time, the full-time remote Technical Solution Lead will manage the day-to-day technical solutioning for enterprise SaaS implementations, translating business objectives into implementation-ready solutions while collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical leader for client implementations, facilitating discovery and solution design sessions
- Decompose business requirements into user stories and define technical specifications, including API integrations and data mappings
- Collaborate with Project Delivery Leads and engineering teams to ensure solution readiness and clarify functional requirements
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, or technical business analysis
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms and directly with software engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with Agile software delivery environments
