Job Summary

To enhance customer delivery and technical implementation, the remote Technical Solution Manager will lead the onboarding process for new customers, manage enterprise accounts post-launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integrations and EHR configurations.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for new customers, ensuring timely and accurate data integrations and platform setups
  • Serve as the primary technical account manager for enterprise customers, proactively addressing and resolving technical issues
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and Customer Integrations teams to represent customer needs and influence product delivery
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or technical account management, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience leading data integrations or EHR implementations with a strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, or similar standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, operational, and engineering stakeholders
  • Proven ownership of projects from start to finish, with a proactive approach to risk management and process improvement
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in complex environments
